Return/Damaged Item Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to love your candles. If you need to return or report a damaged item, please read the policy below.

Returns

- Timeframe: Unused, unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

- Condition: Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, unburned, and in resalable condition.

- Exclusions: Opened or burned candles, custom/personalized items, and clearance sale items are not eligible for return.

- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after we receive the return.

- Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

- Reporting timeframe: If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery.

- Required information: Email photos of the damaged item(s), the order number, and a brief description of the issue to info@kindleanddrift.com

- Resolution: Once we confirm the damage, we will offer one of the following: replacement or a full refund (including original shipping cost if the damage was our fault).

- Shipping: If a replacement is approved, we will ship it at no extra cost. For a refund, processing time is 7–10 business days after approval.

How to Start a Return or Damage Claim

1. Email us at info@kindleanddrift.com with your order number, reason for return/damage, and photos if applicable.

2. We will reply with return instructions and a return authorization number (RA#) if required.

3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include the RA# inside the box.

4. Ship the package using a trackable method; we recommend keeping your tracking number until the return is processed.

Lost Returns

- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please use a trackable shipping method and keep your receipt/tracking number.

Cancellations

- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 2 hours, if the order has already shipped, please follow the returns process above.
